I Miss Her So Much And Still Can't Believe She Has Gone she was always there for me if i ever needed
anything and always had the most amazing smile on her face.

poem for nana
The love of a lost one could not be tougher.
its been nearly 6 years since , my heart does suffer.
i miss her soo much , this poem can not say,
i wait till we meet again one day.
Hospital visits, flowers and cards,
who cares about the ex pence?
must visit those wards!
as u lie on your bed with eyes closed day and night,
think about the good times we had ,
hold on for 1 more day, hoping the future is in sight!!
the words from the nurses echo in my head
the slippery slope is nigh, stay by her bed!
two weeks with visits and trips to her bedside,
my emotion no longer i can hide.
keep a strong face, so no one can see,
the pain and heartache in side of me.
the text comes through,
my Nana has died.
every day since those letters these eyes have cried.
I MISS YOU SOO MUCH NANA,
HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN ONE DAY!
I'LL TELL THE GRAND KIDS ALL ABOUT U`,`
NOT A BAD WORD I HAVE TO SAY!
(LOVE YOU NANA ALWAYS AND FOREVER. R.I.P!
